1. Who we are
This website, farmx.club, is a non-commercial information project about FarmX. The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the FarmX project team. You can reach us at support@farmx.club.
2. The short version
We do not collect, store or analyse personal data about visitors. There are no user accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising and no cookies. The only time you give us personal data is when you write to us through the contact form or by email.
3. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, on servers in Germany. When you open a page, the web server technically has to process your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested page and your browser type in order to deliver the page and keep it secure. These log data are processed by IONOS on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We do not use them to identify visitors and do not combine them with other data.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure and working website).
4. Contact form and email
If you use the contact form, we process the data you enter: your name, email address, subject and message, and the fact that you agreed to this Privacy Policy. We use them only to answer your request. The message is delivered to us by email.
The website itself does not keep the messages in a database. We keep the email correspondence only until your request is resolved, usually a few days, and then delete it, unless a longer period is required by law.
Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by ticking the box before sending, and Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR where the message concerns a specific request. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by writing to support@farmx.club.
The same applies if you contact us directly by email.
5. Cookies
The website does not set cookies for visitors and does not use analytics, advertising or social-media plug-ins. Technical cookies are used only when an administrator logs in to manage the site.
6. Fonts and other resources
All fonts, scripts, images and icons are delivered from this website. No resources are loaded from external servers, so your browser does not connect to third parties when you view the pages.
7. FMX price and network data
Our server requests the FMX price (from the FarmX price service at starter.farmx.app) and the Chia network figures used by the Virtual Farming Calculator, namely network size and block height (from the FarmX Network API at farmx.app). These requests are made by the server, contain no information about you and are not triggered by your device.
8. Links to other websites
This website links to external services such as farmx.app, starter.farmx.app, dexie.space, X and YouTube. When you follow such a link, the privacy policy of the respective operator applies. We have no influence on how they process data.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). To use these rights, write to support@farmx.club.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority responsible for your place of residence.
10. Security
The website is delivered over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We apply technical and organisational measures to protect the data you send us.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The current version is always available on this page.
